Volunteer FAQs Am I required to stay overnight?No, you do not have to stay overnight. There are multiple time slots you can sign up for. Set up is 3-6pm. Hospitality and most other positions are 6pm-10pm. There are two overnight monitors who are there from 10pm-6am. Then there are morning shifts from 5am-8am. Then tear down is 7am-9am. I have health problems that prevent me from being around guests, how can I still help?There are many opportunities for volunteers to help that don’t involve being around the guests. Set up and tear down. Help to provide meals for guests. Donate to or volunteer at the clothing closet. Work on the Weather team. Will I ever be required to show up at any event?No, there is never an obligation for a volunteer to sign up and show up. Your personal plans and priorities come first.
